i dont see why you wanted to cut the kid any slack. the bastard made so much profit from hosting your apps illegally. he then taunts you with emails, and starts posting comments trying to justify his criminal ways. and then all of the sudden he tries to get all cozy with all the developers here, stating that he will remove your apps in 30 days and that he would like to provide you a service. the kid is a criminal! send his criminal ass to prison.
