I've already written off AdSense (and new: AdMob) but never got around
to try something else.

Not all hope is lost however.

I'll integrate the MobClix client in a "throw-away" app over the next
few days just to see how it goes. At least that seems to be a firm
that I would expect to be able to talk to on eye level.
