At least PayPal have a dispute procedure and allow submission of evidence. I've
been involved with companies using PayPal for several years and can't remember
ever seeing an account shut down without warning and all funds from the past
few months withheld.

At the moment we're not giving up on Android, we're just scaling our plans
right back. AndAppStore will continue to grow if there is a need for it, and
we'll continue work on the OpenX widget if people want it and development costs
are covered through donations, but we're highly unlikely to start any new
Android projects any time soon.
