I feel like my battery life wasn't that great when I first got it but now I think battery life is pretty good for this class of phone.
I think the largest change I made was: set display brightness to adjust automatically. After that I did a few things: Gmail email is pushed Not signed into Google Talk Facebook refreshes as infrequently as possible (every four hours?) I have Google Voice refreshing ever 15 minutes Wifi is off, Locale turns it on when plugged in, and off when unplugged Bluetooth is always on After making these changes things seemed, ok. but one night I wasn't able to plug it in. It got to 5% at like 1am, I woke up the next day at 8am or so, and it was still 5%. I then used Google Maps Navigation for about 35 minutes and the phone died. Since recharging it after that, battery state drops more realistically like how I would expect it to drop. After a day of moderate use my battery usually indicates I could go a whole extra day without any recharging. Also just got the 2.0.1 update which states improved battery life. Unplugged my phone at about 8:30am this morning. it's 2:36pm now, and my battery is at 90%. I've been using my phone a decent amount too. -E On Dec 10, 2:18 pm, Sundog <[email protected]> wrote: > Haven't seen any discussion on this...
