Battery life is the main bottleneck in smartphones today. Sure, you can have an iPhone that can run 100,000 apps, but if most of those suck the life out of your battery and you have to go half a day disconnected, then what's the point?
I must say that my Dev 2 phone (Google ION) can go two solid days without a charge and without any services disabled. Then again, If I install an app as simple as "Weatherbug," my battery life is cut in half. In the next few years this problem will be solved, until then, at least in most Android devices we can at least carry an extra battery. Can't do that with an iPhone. Is there an app for that? -John Coryat "Radar Now!"
