Not a bad idea. BTW, I mentioned above that, all day events are shown as thin bars. It seems that it's only the case if you have more than 2 (or 3?) all day events.
Since there's no task support in Calendar, so I'm using all day events to substitute for that, but this issue makes it impractical because all I see are some thin bars...
