Using an alternative market is a start (hint: look at my signature for a 
suggestion :)).

Any market that takes a slice of app sales has to work out it's legal and tax 
position before allowing sales into a country, and, unfortunately, there may be 
countries where the cost of sorting out those tax and legal issues may exceed 
the projected income from selling in that country and thus it becomes 
uneconomical to offer paid apps there.
