Good questions Al.  However one thing that really stinks about
significant pirated distribution is the lack of statistical
representation on the market.  IOW, my ranking doesn't improve at all
as a result of these pirated downloads.  That has lots of negative
implications, most notable of which is a more limited ability to
convert lite to pro via Android market.
