For me it is a problem that Nexus One is not available a in our country
(Czech Republic, EU member) contrary to dev phones. Vodafone (that is
distributing N1 in Europe) said that they will not sell it here. And also by
rooting it I lose warranty.

These are two main differences between N1 and dev phone for me.
