I agree completely. I had a friend who was a major Apple fanboy and when the Newton first came out he was ecstatic about it. But I scoffed and predicted its failure. He pointed to the rush to buy it at the first Mac World where it was introduced and I am afraid I deeply offended him when I replied that the Mac World crowd would buy bags of dog doo if they had the Apple logo on them. I was right too, at least about the Newton.
