Maybe. Unfortunately I have only one and can't tell.

In my experience, if I do lots of stuff with it, I inevitably get
screwed.

Lots of stuff means turning wifi on then off many times during the
day, enabling and disabling data (I have a measured data plan and I'm
cheap) many times during the day. I very often am unable to get data
enabled after having disabled it and the most reliable way I've found
to get it back is to power off.
