I thought Google was a software monastery where they work 24/7? :-D
And no I'm not seeing this problem with sales from yesterday and today.
Just two purchases from the same person and often that's because they
didn't have a valid credit card or failed to enter proper info for it.
But I also get those occasionally from my website orders too.

So mention that Google is having issues with the Android Market, that
you hope they will fix it soon but it is weekend so it is unlikely.
And most of the orders are getting declined and you can't do anything
about it because Google handles all the purchases and downloads on the
Android Market.
