Many of the things I assumed were a MUST (GPS, Compass) are written as
a SHOULD in the document. I believe that SHOULD is less restrictive
than MUST.

Based on that, I'm not sure why Archos devices without GPS and compass
couldn't qualify, but perhaps there are other tests they would fail.
