I am the developer of a small pointless Android game called Star Traders RPG.
It does not do much and it does not use any "in app purchasing" features. There are no ads and you can buy a paid version for $2. Yesterday morning I got a big fat package of legal documents from LodSys, LLC. That included screen shots of my application, Google Market and Google Checkout along with a lot of language indicating I was infringing on several patents. They called me this morning and later I got an e-mail with this: * * * * * Mr Trese, As a follow up to our conversation, I wanted to re-confirm Lodsys' infringement notice was set to you and your business in error. FedEx will be retrieving the FedEx envelope this afternoon. Thank you again for your understanding.
