Try AdMarvel. I was able to integrate them with my application pretty
easily. They do all the standard features such as full-screen ads and auto
dialing.

I am switching over to greystripe but am running into some problems.
The apps with XML layouts are fine but I have some apps that display
everything using andengine and opengl. How do I add ads to those?
That sounds like a question for the Andengine community; the short
answer is: You'll need to modify the Java code to add a Greystripe view
to your app to display banner ads.
I recommend MobClix, though, for banner ads (and they also do
full-screen ads). I'm on Greystripe now, but I don't find their eCPMs to
be compelling.
