It depends on what you call "gains". At about 50k users, I'm seeing between $200 and $300 a month. A hint, though: Full screen/interstitial ads make the most money, but also piss off users the most. No one ever complains about the small banner in the corner of the end-of-level screen. People complain all the time at the interstitials, though.
