One approach would be to charge a small amount (in-app purchase) for 100K chars. That would have to be at least 3USD because 2USD covers the Translate API usage, and 0.90USD covers Android Market commission. Yes, Google gets paid twice!
That breakdown doesn't leave much to cover all the customer service and general admin costs. Therefore, a more realistic price would be 4USD or even 5USD which sounds very expensive. Or maybe a more Market-friendly 0.99USD/20Kchars. I wouldn't mind if the user purchased Google Translate access independently of the translate apps.
