Nope, it's not just you. I went through the same thing this morning, and my 
Order Inbox is a sea of red.

We need to get the word out to users - as a PSA, if nothing else - that 
contacting the devs for Market problems is useless. I mention it in my 
standard email response for these issues, but that's only one user at a 
time. Anybody have any contacts at a widely read blog or anything?
