Funnily enough I reported an issue with the checkout console crashing, and put a specific order number. I got a canned response treating me as if *I* was the user and not the developer, including exposing "my" (the user's) email address to me, which is a privacy breach IMO, and I replied saying such, but not sure if anyone reads replies to canned responses, it said to include a screenshot to get further help.
