Thanks for the response.

I did send a message to the support team, and
within a day... it was fixed!  It appears it was a general Market
issue
as I did not make any changes to my app, and since one of the
new (and very helpful - thanks Android team) banners at the top of the
Developer Console highlighted this as a known issue that was
being worked on, and now is apparently resolved.

I was very frustrated... but now I am very happy!
