I've searched a lot for the right forum. But I disagree that everything is good, that at least some people like. Some of the worst designs are this bad, because the developers want to fulfill every wish that somebody has. Only because some people like a "parallax experience" that doesn't mean, this has a great usability. I don't know much about technics, but I know a lot about usability and cognitive psychology. And even those people that like a feature without thinking about the usability implications, will benefit if not every single wish of them comes true. Like the usability-guru Jef Raskin once said: "Usability is no democracy."
