Do you mean purchased app not appearing in user's purchased app list, or
simply LVL verification failiing ?
Or purchased app being correclty linked to account but LVL check
failing ?
It is the verification failing after it had been running okay for some
time. The user had not changed his email connected with account. I'm
thinking things like server failure but not if they try continuously.
When they had a group for the market you would see multiple reports of
this occasionally and nothing from Google about it. But at least if a
user dropped by the group they would know it is a system wide problem
and not the app itself.
I've have very few issues with LVL.
I'm not using the regular Policy but instead a custom policy which is
much more tolerant with failures.
Basically the LVL check does not pass only when 100% sure the user has
not the licence (ie the Maket respond NOT_LICENCED).
Which means that no Internet connection or any market failure count as
the check passing.
I did this because I did not want support nightmare with too restrictive
checks.
