You can also simply turn on the copy protection when you are publishing the 
App, Google keeps saying they are going to remove it "soon" though. It 
hopefully provides some annoyance to crackers.

 Another potential issue with licensing service is that it requires an 
internet connection to authenticate and if you are too aggressive with the 
checking you can lock users out when they don't have internet.
