Well, it isn't just the launcher... It is kind of integrated throughout.
It has a customized contact list that I don't really like.  One thing I
absolutely love is that they put a lot of phone settings right in the
status bar... Swipe down on the status bar and with one click you can
toggle Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Sound, Rotation, Airplane Mode, and more...

The default launcher they have isn't that bad but but I prefer some of the
features in 3rd party apps.  I have used Go Launcher before, but favored
the paid version of ADW Launcher... However, ADW is horrible on ICS.  It
would give me about 5-6 crashes a day, and it hasn't been updated for over
8 months.  I might just have to try Go Launcher again...
