I think this is a huge step forward. It's about time that the trolls were exposed. I can't tell you how many insulting reviews I've seen that are posted by the same person over and over again. I don't know what kind of axe they have to grind with me but it is annoying to me and misleading to the users. I've been participating in the "Developer reply to comments" beta for a few months now and this had been the only salvation. The Google Play system is starting to become a real useful tool for developers and users alike.
