You're not alone on this, from comments stating that the app doesn't do X (it does) or has not Y (while it has), to users making plain inflammatory false claims. Except that unlike you, I have no beta commenting power, and at this point I wonder if it will ever come out of beta, or if it will be indefinitely limited a few seletected developers, making the rest second zone developers. At least, if people G+ name start appearing in comments, people will think twice before saying garbage or insulting developers.
