I don't disagree with the general idea, but is 10% really the threshold?

You ignore 10 things that 10% care about, and pretty soon everyone is 
annoyed about something. On the other hand, a ten percent increase in 
satisfied customers can pay dividends.

Though, for the record, I'm sure that what John mentioned, and things like 
it, are often in the <1% range.
