To be clear, the customer who contacted me had been charged but not "shipped". IOW, did not download the app. I haven't searched for any other. But this is Google and when I wrote a Python script to put all the reports in to an SQLite database it broke at one point because for some reason they reduced the number of columns. Sometimes I think of Google as some high school project. :-D
