In my app I supply the capability for the user to leave a voice-mail, send
me an SMS, email me, and contact me through the market.

I get mostly email, then an occasional SMS, and almost no voice-mails. I
do provide a variety of ways to link to the Play market throughout my app
(mostly just requesting a rating), and those do seem to make a difference.
Providing quick ways to rate has been good for me, people do seem to use
them.

I think the Play Market is the best place for this kind of communication by
far - and I am glad there is going to be a centralized place for this.
