Well, I have not seen any such feature. I have not refreshed it every 10 minutes, but I have seen a change that the new interface seems to allow multiAPK now, but no option to reply to comments.
I guess I'm not one of the elite developers or even the wider group of developers. I am more offended by that fact than I am by missing the feature. I don't know how I earn more respect from Google. The article mentions that "the ability to comment is "a privilege, not a right," I completely agree AND I think it should be the same for end users.
