That's great! Be sure to read the terms. I was warned personally that this 
is a privilege that can be revoked. 

If you edit the reply, there is no thread so your previous message is lost. 
The store will show something like "edited reply, do you want to view it?" 
instead of your reply so be sure to check spelling and wording carefully 
before hitting enter. 

An e-mail will be sent to the user when you reply even if they uninstalled 
your app.

I respond back to false statements and technical issues only. Be careful 
not to start a debate with the user. If they respond back with another 
false statement or inflammatory remark, respond back with "Please contact 
me directly to continue this conversation" and leave it at that. Above all, 
keep it light, cordial and business like.
