This individual has qualities to lead the team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team. This person should be able to own integrations delivery from onsite along with customer communication. *Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:* - At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio - General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas - Good understanding of Workday security - Good written & oral communication skills & strong Leader *Good to Have Skillsets:* - Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage - Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage - Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred *Responsibilities:* - Develop & Lead with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation - Prepare Weekly Status Report & anchor the track updates in customer meetings. - Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns - Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary *2) Data Conversion QE Lead (1 Position)* - 8+ Years of experience in ETL / Data Conversion testing. - Should have expereince in Data Conversion projects involving Workday - Should have experience on Data reconciliation 3) *Technical Program Manager for Workday Implementation (1 Position)* *Qualifications* - 3+ years prior experience implementing Workday with atleast 2 Implementation lifecycle on Workday in HCM Domain - Lead complex and diverse range cross-team, cross-functional initiatives - Provide technical input and expertise in the development of program or project solutions, and in the communication of technical issues to work teams - Very detail-oriented, with a strong Workday technical background, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple, high-reaching priorities simultaneously - Strong analytical skills with track record of using objective data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and decisions *Responsibilities* - TPM will be responsible for the problem space, work closely with diverse business and engineering leads to conceptualize solutions, organize/align multiple technical teams for delivery, and drive execution - They will look for ways to standardize, ensure execution is efficient and consistent, and set accountability by supervising progress, resolving dependencies, identifying issues, evaluating risks, and communicating status to upper management and project stakeholders - TPM will intrinsically act as a mentor to engage and energize the Workday Technical teams to achieve time bound goals! - Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress - Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and provide support to teams balancing challenging priorities - Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary - Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective *Bharat Chhibber | Sr. Technical Recruiter* *Direct: 919 626 9615 | EMAIL **[email protected]* <[email protected]> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
