Hi, Just installed Android (Koolu beta 7) today. Nice and simple smooth installation :-)
I have read through the latest threads in the archive, wiki pages and outstanding issues at freerunner.android.koolu.com ... But I have been unsuccessful in finding information about progress on the "echo" issue. Release information for beta 7 says "echo cancellation all incoming calls", but people calling me, hear a bad echo. If I make the call, there is no echo, they say. What is the status on this issue? I found another user with the exact same problem, but there was no answers to his message: ------------------------------------------------ Thomas Otterbein Wed, 15 Jul 2009 04:41:42 -0700 Hi, I got my A5 recently buzz-fixed and tried to make it a phone with the help of Beta 7. However, the "echo cancellation all incoming calls" as stated on the Release Files page does not work for me. I checked already the mailing-list posts according this but it seems that there are only solutions (dbus calls) for FSO-based distros around. Can anyone help me to solve this issue android on freerunner? Thanks in advance thomas ------------------------------------------------ Am I missing something obvious? /Jette _______________________________________________ android-freerunner mailing list [email protected] http://android.koolu.org/listinfo.cgi/android-freerunner-koolu.org
