As I know the issue is very known and called "Buzz" and can be repaired by
"Buzz Fix". Problem is  hardware, I have same problem but I'm not that
skillful to repair myself.

Sometimes it depends on operator you have, I tested on three operators, and
in only one I have no problem, but person who I'm calling have an echo,
little. For me it works in T-Mobile operator.

There was so called "buzz fix party" in Italy and Germany, maybe also
somewhere else.
