Is that what you see, too? Under Gears Settings I see a list of site where I've enabled Gears. When I click on one of the sites I can see the permissions I gave that site and an option to remove it. Try logging in to Google, then going to Gmail, Calendar or even the mobile search page. It should prompt you to enable Gears on those sites.
