Michael, any chance you can set up an internet connection and try
going to one of the Google site that use Gears (Gmail, Calendar, the
new Location service on the home page) and see if you are prompted to
allow Gears to use local storage?
I fix the accelrometed and try to find a dropbear server? do you have a
compiled
version. I hack the makefile and compile the server too but I have some
trouble
with the authentication. No time to test it.

Marcelo, I assume you meant BROWSER=NPAPI. What error did you get when
you didn't set that? Are you using SVN revision 3291? Might
BROWSER=CHROME or BROWSER=WEBKIT be a better choice if you have to
specify one?
