The first one adds an ethernet driver, right? Why is this needed in the .27 android kernel tree? The second fixes a real problem. Please submit it to the [email protected] developers, with the git commit id of the upstream fix, so that it can be properly included in the 2.6.27-stable kernel releases. That should solve one of your patch problems.
