If you have both density=120 AND dimensions=320x240 resources, only one 
of them will be used. If you look at the table at the link you point to, 
you will see that pixel density is listed fourth, while dimensions is 
listed ninth. This means that if your configuration matches both a 
density folder and a dimensions folder, it is the density folder that 
will be used.

What you should do about it really depends on what you are trying to do. 
One of your options is to create a drawable-120dpi-320x240 directory. 
This may or may not apply to your case, depending on what your final aim is.
