Please don't use the WxH configurations.  They were a bad idea that should
go away.

Consider the screen sizes that we could soon be dealing with:

320x240 low density
400x240 low density
480x320 medium density
640x480 medium density
800x480 high density
800x480 medium density
852x480 high density
852x480 medium density

And that is just the really common kinds of screens...
