Hi All,

just additional information to this topic:

MTL also already supports MDR and EMF...

EMF support:
http://modelware.inria.fr/article47.html

That's not a good sign... well, ATL already supports MDR *and* EMF and
we're currently learning how to reuse their infrastructure to make
MoTMoT independent of MDR as well:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/atl_discussion/message/363
Perhaps in time someone can write a new AndroMDA repository facade
that uses the ATL wrappers instead of JMI interfaces? I know this is
quite ambitious and probably for AndroMDA 5 only (let's first plug in
model transformations well in AndroMDA 4...) but it may be required if
one needs EMF support later, for example when one wants to work with
Eclipse based UML 2 models, BPEL4WS models, etc. In case MDR does
support MOF 2 in the future then AndroMDA 5 can still run the ATL
wrappers on top of MDR but at least we avoid to be locked in.

What about the ModelBus from MDDi:

How far are they?
