You mentioned that I can use your code of a "SchemaExport" ant task. Are you using ant instead of Maven (which uses ant of course)? What I think I need to do is to use a separate SchemaExport task (in maven.xml) independent of the jar:jar goal of maven such that I can run the SchemaExport by itself. If I am not wrong this is what you have done. The question is how to modify the maven.xml to do that?
