There are, sad to say, some packages I want that are not available on
the Angstrom feed (nedit, wxmaxima, djview, and solitaire--gotta have
it). It seems that debian arm packages are recognized by ipkg, though
of course their dependencies are not. OTOH, pdaXrom packages are not
recognized, since they are compressed, or so file says.

Will a debian arm package actually work? If not, is there another
X-based arm distribution whose packages work? Or do I have to try to
compile all this from scratch?

Is it possible to somehow add a debian feed to the feed list? Will that
work properly? I tried installing apt and dpkg, but the config files
are missing, so they exit without doing anything. Is there a way to
translate the config/status packages from ipkg to apt??
