I built an Angstrom image (angstrom-console-image) for poodle
(SL-5600). The build process and flashing of the zaurus went fine
without any errors. However, the booting process on the poodle doesn't
complete, but halts for an unknown reason, showing only the bootsplash
with the openembedded logo and progress bar. Seeing no messages because
of the splash screen, it's impossible to find out what causes the
freeze.

According to the Angstrom FAQ (http://linuxtogo.org/gowiki/AngstromFaq)
the bootsplash can be disabled by passing "psplash=false" as a
parameter on the kernel command line. However, I wouldn't know how to
do that, having no lilo or grub.

Is there a way to access the kernel command line during the boot
process?
Or does anybody know why the boot process isn't completed?

Regards,
Folkert van der Beek.
