I also found this on your website. http://www.penguin.cz/~utx/zaurus/datasheets/power/S8520_8521_E.pdf Is that the voltage regulator for the 5v AC adapter input? If I read the spec sheet correctly, that chip steps down the voltage to 3.3V.
