Search in kernel sources for SPITZ_SCP_CHRG_ON: switches charging
on/off, SPITZ_SCP_JK_B: switches fast/slow charging.

I don't know, whether it is exported to user space. If not, it could be
interesting to add such support to sysfs.

LED is controlled by software in kernel, and its control is exported to
user space. However I was able to control only one LED.
