I have added a plunk at http://plnkr.co/edit/Kpn6mskPlgwQlGa4GLQv. In addition to what was in the jsFiddle, I have added 2 json files (count.json, countget.json) that are called from the $resources. This data would normally come from a ReST endpoints.
I am still reviewing the code as I am not having success loading the chart. Thank you.
