How is <velocity> any different?
It isn't. It would of course be more appropriate in Velocity or elsewhere. This is all moot now since Hiroaki believes VPP is more appropriate. That's fine, of course. I apologize for my initial enthusiasm :-)
As for how the line "is drawn exactly", it isn't :-)
