Binaries and formal source-release (if using -Papache-release) need to get copied to

/x1/www/www.apache.org/content/dist/incubator/any23

Any incubator committer can create a directory under /dist/incubator/

This becomes http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/any23 and gets mirrored immediately so don't put them there until after the VOTE on general@i.

The proposed dist area can go under your ~ on p.a.o. This seems to the most common way currently.

Tricky. I thought it was not allowed to depend on external stuff that wasn't in maven central but I might be wrong on that.

But as any23 is compiling it anyway to put it into the googlecode repo, and commons-csv is Apache, a crude solution is to copy the source code into the project tree for now. It's much the same. (mentors - that OK? or is it not guaranteed to be clean yet as it's commons sandbox).

Hmm - no nightly build since 2007 but code updates have happened Nov 2011.

There are other CSV parsers - net.sf.opencsv is ASL2.0 and it does TSV as well as CSV.
