Hi Simo, Are you calling a release VOTE? If so, I think we should start a VOTE thread for the release, and provide links to the VOTE'ing artifacts.
The artifacts should probably be published somewhere that be easily copied to the Any23 dist area, should the VOTE pass the PPMC and eventually the IPMC -- I've usually done this in my people.a.o home directory, e.g., http://people.apache.org/~mattmann/apache-tika-1.1/rc1/ I think we should define a similar process for Any23.
