Sure, I'll give this a try and let you know how it goes. I have set up AoE quite a few times now so I think I've checked all of the most common things that might be causing my issue. The only thing I can think of that might be a problem now is that this machine is running X (I'm using AoE to provide additional disk space to a workstation) and sometimes it seems to drop keystrokes. It is probably just an X issue but if the kernel is missing interrupts or something for some reason that would be an issue. So I'm going to try another kernel. But I will try your new code first since that is easier and the kernel thing is a longshot. I'll let you know what the resolution is in any case. Thanks! -- Tracy Reed http://tracyreed.org
